DC Charging Port:

2. The charging current is set to 1A±0.1, and the output current of the selected charging head should be higher than 1A, otherwise it will cause the charging time to become longer.

3. When charging, the breathing light to remind, the indicator light will always be on when it is full.

Note: This series of products have no battery display. If the voltage is too low, the MCU will not work, there will be no indicator light when charging, and the machine will not turn on. At this time, it can be restored to normal after charging for 1 hour.

Button: One-button operation

1. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds, the buzzer will sound once, and it will turn on/off.

2. After starting up, short press the button, the buzzer will sound once, add a gear, 1-6-1 cycle, 6 gears is the strongest.

3. The number of flashes of the indicator light indicates the current gear, and it flashes once every half second. The last used gear will be stored automatically when it is turned off.

Welding instructions:

1. When the spot welder detects that the welding pen is pressed, the buzzer will beep once, indicating that the contact is good.Wait for about 0 seconds to trigger welding.

2. To prevent accidents, do not solder while charging.

3. It is recommended to use nickel-plated steel strip with a thickness of less than 0.12mm for single battery, and for double battery Nickel-plated steel strip below 0.15mm.
